Due to the perishable nature of flowers and factors outside our control (such as temperature, handling, and care at home), we cannot guarantee their lifespan once they leave our care. However, we stand by the quality of our work and want to ensure you're happy with your experience.

To help your flowers last as long as possible, we recommend:

• Keeping them in plenty of fresh water

• Changing the water every couple of days

• Keeping them away from ripening fruits

• Avoiding exposure to heat, cold, and direct sunlight

• For hand-tied bouquets, recut the stems on an angle with a sharp knife or floral snips before placing them in your vase
